In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ggx77", "we", "us", "our" refers to the ggx77 online gaming platform and its operating entity, accessible at ggx77.bet.

ggx77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. No third-party payment channels are accepted.

Deposits are credited to your ggx77 account promptly upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically process within 60 seconds. Bank transfer processing times may vary according to the policies of your bank.

Withdrawals on ggx77 are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to the same payment method and account holder used for the original deposit.
• Any active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied before real-money funds can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are tracked separately from real-money deposits in your account balance.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, the standard wagering requirement on ggx77 is 30x the bonus amount.

• The bet was placed on an event that has been cancelled, postponed, or determined to be affected by corrupt activity.

• There is reasonable evidence that the player had prior knowledge of a sporting result at the time the bet was placed.
• The bet was placed in a manner that constitutes a breach of ggx77's fair play or integrity policy.

For cricket betting, including PSL matches and Pakistan international fixtures, ggx77 applies the official scorecard as determined by the relevant governing body (PCB or ICC) as the settlement source. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, ggx77's decision — informed by the official governing body determination — shall be final.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ggx77 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to launder money or use ggx77 for any financial transaction of an illegal nature.

• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's software for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to ggx77 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in multiplayer games or sports markets.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or access features not available in your jurisdiction.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening ggx77 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the platform. ggx77 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance.

ggx77 is not responsible for any losses arising from:

• Delays, interruptions, or failures in internet connectivity on your end.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by your own hardware or software malfunction.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or acts of war.

Where ggx77's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in your ggx77 account at the time the relevant claim arose.

Either you or ggx77 may terminate your account at any time, subject to the following conditions.

Voluntary closure by player: You may request closure of your ggx77 account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

Closure by ggx77: ggx77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage.

Where an account is closed by ggx77 due to a breach of these terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited in accordance with our fraud and abuse prevention policies.

ggx77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ggx77 will provide reasonable notice to players via email to their registered address and/or via a notice displayed prominently on the platform.

The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page. By continuing to use the ggx77 platform after the effective date of any revised terms, you confirm your acceptance of the updated version.

If you do not agree with any amended terms, you should close your ggx77 account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the platform after that date will be deemed acceptance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under ggx77's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from your use of the ggx77 platform shall first be referred to ggx77's internal dispute resolution process.
